Using his skills developed over years of baking at home and in the industry, with an academic advancement through Schenectady County Community College, Benjamin and his partner strive to provide a unique and tasty experience in the second act. Making ice cream with fresh and local ingredients, Ben creates magical melt in your mouth memories. Meanwhile, Rani carefully crafts crunchy cones with classical yet gluten free methods. Our menu is designed to please the palate of many. Also offering a variety of toppings all of which are scratch made in a dedicated gluten free facility. Familiar favorites are sure to exceed satisfaction upon first lick, bite or chew. Be sure to find some new delights however, when you try our creative twists that can only be found at the truck!
